REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree

Intakes:  March /October  

Mode of delivery : Face to Face and online

- Secondary school certificate

- English proficiency certificate (Level B2) (if applicable)

3. Master's degree

Intakes:  May /October  

Mode of delivery : Face to Face

- Bachelor's degree + transcript (min GPA 3)

Recognition process

Foreign school leaving certificates may be recognized in Poland as equivalent to documents confirming primary, junior high, basic vocational, industry-specific, or secondary education. These certificates can also grant the holder the right to continue their education, including eligibility to apply for higher education programs, such as university studies, depending on the qualifications they provide in the country of origin.

The recognition process is mandatory for students applying for bachelor's programs, except for those who hold school leaving certificates obtained in the UK, EU countries, or Turkey.

Step 1

Document legalization

Legalization of your documents at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish Embassy.  
(Nigerian students are required to undergo super-legalization) – at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and the Polish Embassy. 

Step 2

Sworn translation

The documents must be translated into Polish by a sworn translator in Poland. You can do this independently or with the help of our agency. The cost of translation depends on your documents and is assessed individually. The approximate cost of a sworn translation is around €200

Step 3

Recognition process

The nostrification process
 takes place in Poland at the
 Kuratorium Oświaty. The review
 period for your documents and
 the decision-making process is
 30 days

 Submission of your
 documents to the university
 and receiving admission

Visa process

 After receiving the
 admission, we begin the

 Your documents will be submitted to Kuratorium Oswiaty through an official representative.

Positive Decision: After receiving a positive decision from Kuratorium Oswiaty, you can apply to any university in Poland and immediately proceed with your visa application.

Attention! Submission of documents to Kuratorium Oswiaty is conducted on specific days and only once a month. The next submission date is January 22, 2025.
