1. Can I pay tuition after arriving at the university?
❌ No. In European universities, tuition must be paid right after receiving your Conditional Offer Letter. Without this, the university won’t issue visa documents.
2. Will I get a refund if my visa is refused?
✅ Yes. If you provide an official visa refusal letter, the school will refund your tuition.
⚠️ Note: Admission/registration fees (usually €250–300) are non-refundable – this depends on the university.Can I work while studying in Poland?
Yes, international students can work part-time during their studies and full-time during holidays.3. What if I can’t apply for a visa on time?
